Kia ora, today, the twenty eighth of the eighth, two thousand and nineteen we made sherbet. It was so fun.
Me, Charlotte and Te Atawhai all made it together. We got to put three times more because all of us wanted some. The flavor smelt like vitamin c powder. "Delicious." I said.
When we finished making it we got to have a teaspoon. The minute I put some in my mouth it exploded with foam because of the baking soda and citric acid mixed together it made a chemical reaction. Te Atawhai had some more and so did Charlotte, but I didn't because I felt like I was going to spew so I quickly got a drink of water.
After I got a drink of water I felt much better. I never thought that a science kit would have a challenge with sherbet. this was a really fun science kit.
